JREC Boarding and Services
Stall Board
The stall board price of $475/month. This includes grain, hay, stall, holding for the farrier, holding for minor vet calls, minor vet care, and wormers every other month. It also covers blanketing in the winter. Stall boarders are required to take a minimum of one lesson per week per stall used.
Pasture Board
Pasture board is offered at $315/month, which includes the same services as stall board minus the stall, and only AM blanketing (Monday through Friday) provided.
Lessons
Lessons with our professional trainers are offered to our Boarders. One lesson per week (per rider) is offered at $160 per month, and two lessons per week (per rider) is offered at $290 per month.
Animal Leasing
As opportunities arise, leasing of a JREC animal may be offered.
Training
JREC requests that all training horses be started under saddle before entering our program.We are happy to accept horses that are very green and specialize in bringing along young hunter prospects. Please call for current pricing on training rides.
Buying or Selling a Horse or Pony
There is a 10% commission on the purchase of a horse or pony to Board at JREC.All such purchases must be coordinated through Vicki. Vicki has a wealth of knowledge and resources for finding a match for your rider.If you wish to have assistance in selling a horse or pony, thereis a 10% commission for this service.Vicki has many contacts and resources for assessing a realistic selling price, and getting your desired amount and/or situation.
Additional Services
JREC also offers additional services, ie Body Clipping, Mane Pulling, Bathing…at very reasonable rates.
